Job Summary
Guide new agency owners through the start-up journey from licensing to business launch by collaborating on customized sales, marketing, and retention strategies. Offer practical support for recruiting, onboarding, and training agency staff while tracking early performance to deliver targeted coaching. Recommend operational enhancements, technology solutions, and optimized business processes. Train agency owners on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and emerging industry trends to help them overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business consulting, sales leadership, or agency operations
- Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on results
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing several agency partnerships at once
- Willing to obtain insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
