Agency Billing Supervisor overseeing agency billing accounting operations within Novatae’s wholesale division; responsible for reconciliation of agency bill accounts, trust accounting, and timely, accurate financial transactions; serves as subject matter expert for agency billing processes; leads process improvements, ensures regulatory compliance, supports audits, and collaborates cross-functionally with brokerage, accounting, and operations teams; requires 5+ years of insurance accounting operations experience (7+ preferred) and strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Preferred: Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business
