Job Summary
Agency Bill role focused on managing and performing agency bill accounting procedures: reconciling/payables, processing client and carrier payments, maintaining receivables, invoicing, month-end tasks, and reviewing agency bill reports. Strong emphasis on accurate reconciliation, timely communication of discrepancies to AEs, and proficiency with office software and agency automation systems. The work is performed in a general office environment, with standard physical requirements. The candidate should have a college degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect
- Proficient in using a personal computer, calculator, agency automation systems, and various application/software programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Epic)
- General office work in a team environment
- Requires regular use of arms, hands and fingers
- Sitting and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to see and hear
- May be required to lift and or move up to 10 pounds or more
