Job Summary
Lead onboarding of intermediary firms and advisers, overseeing onboarding risk processes and applying robust control frameworks. Assess financial and business intelligence to recommend appropriate onboarding outcomes, review and enhance operational controls for regulatory and internal standards, and oversee quality checks, breach reporting and issue resolution. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen risk management and onboarding processes.
