Job Summary
Ageless Wonders Senior Program Manager responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations of the senior program, planning wellness, educational, and social activities, maintaining calendars and reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building partnerships with community organizations and providers. Requires leadership in program development, outreach, volunteer engagement, data/documentation accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; emphasizes beneficiary-centered service delivery, confidentiality, and diversity/inclusion. Must possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; physical ability to support sites and activities. Requires NYS driver’s license and completion of required background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Gerontology, Public Health, Recreation, Community Services, or related field
- Two (2) years’ experience in a related field
- Supervisory experience preferred
