Strategic Sourcing Manager accountable for end-to-end procurement and supplier management for EagleNXT’s Allen, TX site, driving an integrated sourcing strategy across aerospace/electronics components with focus on cost, delivery, quality, and service. Responsibilities include selecting and evaluating suppliers, issuing and reviewing POs, coordinating RFQs and inbound logistics, managing site inventory to meet working capital and fill-rate targets, coordinating product lifecycle activities with Product Management, developing risk mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted supply, leading supply chain localization for regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA, ITAR, Blue List), and monitoring KPI improvements across the supply base. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years of experience in aerospace/electronics with $5M+ annual spend, strong negotiation skills, experience in both Build to Order and Mass Production environments, familiarity with import/export regulations and quality systems (ISO-9001/AS-9100), proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite, and ability to interact effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
