AGE Supervisor/Level 7

Directs and coordinates AGE production efforts, supervising Lead AGE Mechanics and serving as the primary trainer on AGE programs and equipment. Ensures operations align with USAF/Amentum technical data, quality assurance, and safety standards within ISO 9001. Responsibilities include documenting and reviewing programs, inspecting and evaluating maintenance actions, preparing personnel evaluations, conducting training assessments, performing departmental inspections, supervising use of equipment, completing required reports, and TDY as needed. Requires five years of AGE experience with USAF Craftsman or equivalent, the ability to repair and maintain gasoline, diesel, and gas turbine engines, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and pneumatic/hydraulic systems, proficiency with PCs and MS Office, a valid US driver’s license, and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance. Travel domestically and internationally, outdoor and shop work environments, and adherence to safety and quality standards are expected.
