Job Summary
Lead Bud Tender/Bud Tender in a cannabis retail store focused on spectacular customer service and knowledge-sharing. Responsibilities include completing retail transactions, greeting guests, training store personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, monitoring store operations, providing product recommendations and dosage guidance, updating management on customer patterns and issues, assisting with scheduling and ordering, maintaining inventory and security standards, and upholding professional demeanor with guests and colleagues. Must be 21+, possess WA driver’s license, have cannabis industry experience or education, and may require supervisory experience; role emphasizes store leadership and customer-focused cannabis product expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- possess a valid State of Washington Driver’s License
- Experience and/or education in the cannabis industry to include store product knowledge
- High school diploma or GED, required
- 1-2 years supervisory experience, preferred
