Job Summary
Ag Warehouse Manager responsible for leading warehousing, delivery, and installation operations, coaching the warehouse and installation teams, ensuring safety and compliance with quality standards, coordinating with contractors, maintaining inventory and documentation, driving continuous improvement, and delivering reliable service to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with data entry and inventory software and systems
- Ability to maintain established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, and safety standards
- Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a half-or full-face respirator
- Current and valid CA driver’s license and a good driving record
- CDL with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain CDL with Hazmat endorsement within 180 days of hire
