Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email by resolving inquiries regarding retail experiences, products, purchases, reservations, orders, and services while striving for first-contact resolution. Process customer orders and transactions accurately, documenting all interactions within company systems while safeguarding confidential information. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to provide personalized support that addresses individual customer needs. Adapt to changing workloads and seasonal demands by meeting established quality, productivity, and attendance goals while collaborating effectively with retail partners in a fully remote environment. This seasonal role requires availability for a 25–40 hour per week training schedule during designated hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail support, consumer services, or similar environment
- Strong attendance history and demonstrated job performance
- Ability to attend mandatory virtual training for up to 10 days
- Availability to participate in a 25–40 hour per week training schedule, Monday through Friday, during designated training hours
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (880 keystrokes per minute)
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Windows and multiple software applications
- Ability to quickly learn customer service and transactional systems
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, retail partners, and internal teams
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective while managing changing priorities and customer expectations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with others
- Must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois and work from the designated home address provided during the hiring process
