Job Summary
Repair and maintain light trucks, pea combines, corn harvesters, and other equipment in the Harvest Department. Complete work orders via SAP, navigate Oxbo Connect, and fill out reports on iPads while adhering to LOTO safety policies. Perform seasonal repairs and rebuilds of harvesters during the off-season, and conduct troubleshooting, pressure testing, and hydraulic/electrical repairs during harvest. Weld equipment components and drive seasonal harvest operator crews to the worksite. Maintain a strong safety culture by actively participating in company safety programs and 5-S initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years related experience or technical school degree/certificate
- Must be able to read, comprehend, interpret service manuals and work order systems
- Valid driver license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Good written and verbal communication skills with field leads, manager, and combine techs
