Job Summary
Lead a branch as Ag Lender/Branch Manager, managing a high-quality ag and commercial loan portfolio, guiding branch operations and staff development, and driving local business development. Develop new business and deepen existing customer relationships while ensuring sound credit practices and regulatory compliance. Requires 5+ years of agricultural and/or commercial lending experience, strong credit analysis, leadership, and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred). Deep connection to the local agricultural community and ability to engage with local farms, businesses, and families.
