Job Summary
Assist current Ag Loan Officers with loan servicing, maintenance, and review while learning Ag Lending processes. Perform all aspects of the loan process and conduct loan reviews. Master Teller duties and UBI products to support customers with deposit-side services. Become familiar with all bank departments to assist on special projects and tasks as needed. Provide back-up staffing coverage at branches as required. Complete a 6-12 month training period with probable relocation to a branch bank. Maintain a satisfactory background check including credit history.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with a major in agriculture
- Equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of agriculture
- Satisfactory background check including credit history
