Job Summary
Develop and grow an agricultural loan portfolio through active business development and community engagement; originate and structure ag-related loans, including operating lines, equipment financing, and real estate transactions; maintain and expand existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities; analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to assess creditworthiness; partner with credit teams to ensure sound underwriting and timely loan approvals; monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong credit quality; represent the bank in the local agricultural community and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Agricultural or Commercial Lending experience.
- Strong understanding of agricultural operations and lending structures.
- Proven ability in business development and relationship management.
- Solid credit analysis and financial assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
