Job Summary
Ag Equipment Salesperson for a John Deere dealership in Hagerstown, MD. Drive revenue growth by selling agricultural tractors, implements, and related equipment within an assigned territory; develop and maintain strong customer relationships; conduct product demonstrations and customer clinics; follow a defined sales process from leads to closing; stay current on equipment features, benefits, and applications; analyze market and competitive activity; discuss financing and leasing options to support customer purchases; participate in local trade shows and dealership events; travel to meet customers and attend training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in agricultural equipment sales and/or agricultural business management is required
