Job Summary
Ag Customer Account Manager role focused on growing and managing an assigned list of agricultural customers. Responsibilities include selling new and used equipment, parts, service, and technology solutions; conducting on-site customer visits and field demonstrations; maintaining knowledge of equipment, financing, warranties, and risk management options; coordinating with internal specialists to support customer needs; evaluating trade-in opportunities and maintaining accurate activity, quotes, and pipeline in CRM; following a defined sales process from prospecting through close; monitoring local market trends and competitor activity; and building long-term customer relationships while thriving in a field-based, relationship-driven sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience
- ability to travel to customer locations on a daily basis
- strong relationship-building and communication skills
- organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- comfort using Microsoft Office, internet tools, and CRM/software systems
