Job Summary
Ag/Commercial Lender responsible for developing lending relationships, conducting thorough credit investigations, underwriting loans, managing the full loan cycle (including follow-up, collections, and workouts), and growing the loan portfolio in a community-focused rural North Dakota setting. Requires a high school diploma or equivalency and 1-2 years of financial institution/member service experience. The role involves travel for site visits and customer development calls, occasional weekends, and working with Credit Administration and Loan Processing/Servicing teams to ensure timely loan documentation and compliance with Loan Policy and state/federal regulations.
