Job Summary

Ag Business Development Equipment Sales Professional responsible for introducing and promoting new customers, building relationships as the primary point-of-contact at the dealership, promoting new and used agricultural and construction equipment and rental solutions, delivering and demonstrating equipment features on job sites or at customers’ homes, inspecting potential trade-ins, providing real solutions to meet customers’ operational needs, delivering world-class customer service, selling parts, service and Customer Value Agreements (CVAs), following up on service or parts orders, participating in and obtaining required vendor certifications, meeting with coworkers and management to overcome obstacles and grow professionally, establishing new accounts and achieving activity minimums, staying aware of competitors and market trends to identify sales opportunities, and handling after-hours and emergency calls via company-provided phone; also includes participating in trade shows and events and aligning with the dealership’s vision and values. The role requires willingness to travel and flexible hours (including evenings), good driving record, pre-employment drug testing, CDL preferred or willingness to obtain, and employment across multiple North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Nebraska locations as a family business.
