Job Summary
The Ag Business Banker will maintain a portfolio of existing customers, optimize relationships, and assist in loan applications, credit evaluations, and negotiations of agreements. Responsibilities include business development, compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining asset quality of loan portfolios, and engaging in community networking. The role necessitates strong communication skills, knowledge of lending regulations, and the ability to negotiate and develop logical solutions to issues. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years commercial and agricultural lending and credit analysis experience within a financial institution environment preferred
