Job Summary
Assist the head coach in developing individual and team skills for middle school track athletes through practice sessions and exercises. Organize and supervise practices, meets, and team activities, manage equipment, and monitor athlete attendance and behavior during activities. Knowledge of track rules, youth development principles, first aid, concussion protocols, and school policies are essential. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills are necessary to foster a positive team culture and support student development both on and off the field.
Required Qualifications
- CT Coaching Certification required
