Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Afterschool Site Supervisor to oversee operations of the School Age Child Care program, ensuring a safe, caring environment for children, with responsibilities including coaching staff, managing daily activities, and maintaining compliance with YMCA standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience
- One (1) to three (3) years experience working with youth in a group setting
Desired Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Youth work, Recreation or related preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions adhering to YMCA’s mission
- Strong organizational skills
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
