Job Summary
Afterschool Site Director responsible for daily operations, safety, and leadership at the Heber Valley afterschool site. Lead high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs; recruit, train, and coach staff and volunteers to maintain a 1:15 staffing ratio; ensure safety and compliance with licensing and BGCA procedures; build partnerships with schools, families, and community; manage site budgets, attendance data, and overall operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- CPR/First Aid
- Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- Valid driver's license (if operating BGCUC vehicles)
- Age 21+
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
