Afterschool Site Coordinator- Gateway Prepatory Academy

As Afterschool Site Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Club, lead our Timpanogos Afterschool Program by managing daily site operations, safety, and youth leadership. Drive high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs; recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain a 1:15 staffing ratio; build strong partnerships with school staff, administrators, teachers, and families to support student success. Oversee program operations and budgets, track attendance data, and ensure efficient site management. Required attributes include strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months); and a valid driver’s license. Education requirement is a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. The role emphasizes youth ages 5-18 and opportunities for professional development within the organization.
