Afterschool Junior Counselor- Hoover Schools

Supervise children at all times with safety as the priority, actively participate in daily activities and events, and lead or manage groups under shared supervision. Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies while communicating with staff about behavioral incidents. Prepare necessary supplies, attend mandatory training, and adhere to YMCA policies and abuse reporting requirements. Work Monday-Friday from school dismissal to 6:00 p.m. across multiple Hoover Schools locations, providing a positive role model aligned with youth development standards.
