Job Summary
Plan and run daily activities for school-aged children while guiding and supporting their development of interpersonal skills in a warm, respectful, and safe environment. Oversee and facilitate the general safety of the children's environment and act as a role model regarding appearance and behavior. Establish positive relationships with all children, faculty, and parents/guardians within a team-teaching atmosphere. Teach special subjects such as Art, Yoga, Music, or Coding to elementary-aged students during afterschool hours. Work Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 6:00, including extended hours on public school early release days, vacation days, and snow days.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be 18 or older
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a MUST
- Part-time positions of 20-30 hours per week
- Working 1:30-6:00, Monday to Friday
- Extended hours needed on public school early release days
- Extended hours needed on school vacation days
- Extended hours needed on snow days
- School year position
- Option of summer employment

- EEC Group Leader Qualified preferred

- Bachelor's Degree
- Dept. of Education Early Education and Care (EEC) licensing
