Afterschool Group Leader

Pick up students from designated school locations and escort them safely to the 14Y After School site, maintaining strict safety and attendance protocols throughout the day. Provide continuous supervision during activities, transitions, and snack times while actively supporting campers in art, sports, science, music, and Shabbat programming. Foster social dynamics and friendship building among assigned children, acting as an on-site daily support system and mentor. Maintain records of student activity, behavior, and any injuries or accidents, ensuring overall cleanliness and organization of spaces. Lead at least one easy-going class weekly and assist teachers with children's needs during activities. Adhere to all agency, site-specific, and city safety standards while communicating regularly with the Program Manager and participating in monthly meetings and supervision evaluations.
