Afterschool Cubhouse Program Director responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality expanded learning program for students and families. Oversees staffing, hiring, budgeting, data collection and reporting, grant compliance, professional development, family engagement, and collaboration with district partners across three campuses. Leads communication with students, staff, families, and community partners; ensures alignment of after-school with school-day activities; manages site directors and coordinates meals with the district food service; maintains program quality and compliance with grant guidelines; flexible with hours to meet program needs; applicants apply online with required documents.
