Job Summary
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for families, staff, security, and school partners during program hours. Monitor arrival and dismissal, track attendance, manage absences, and ensure students are released only to authorized adults. Promptly respond to parent communication, create monthly newsletters, and support coaches by managing transitions. Communicate with off-site leadership regarding incidents, absences, or supply needs while upholding all safety protocols. Provide classroom coverage when instructors are absent or delayed and troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Commit to the full 2026-27 school year at a rate of $40/hour. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Experience working with young children in an educational or youth setting
- Prior leadership, front desk, or coordination experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and capable of responding to emails, updating trackers, and maintaining digital communication
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Commit for the full 2026-27 school year
