Aftersales Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Aftersales Supply Chain Operations Analyst responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing recurring reports that reveal inventory health, fill rates, backorders, and supply constraints. Delivers timely, accurate reporting to planning and field teams, ports, and leadership; translates complex data into clear insights and actionable trends. Partners with IT and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, system functionality, and reporting automation, resolving inconsistencies across inventory, purchase orders, and shipments. Analyzes KPIs (fill rate, inventory turns, backorders, excess/obsolete inventory) to identify root causes of service level gaps, supports accessory planning readiness for new model introductions, maintains SOPs for the Accessory Planning Team, and serves as a primary interface with external vendors. Prepares materials for vendor consultations, participates in IT collaboration on ERP/EDI developments, and supports staffing changes and high-priority issues. Required a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience; favorable experience with Subaru SOA supply chains and data visualization tools. Hybrid work arrangement in Camden, NJ with 2 days remote, and a base salary in the range of $72,000–$92,000 per year.
