Job Summary
Develop and analyse Supply Chain KPIs and operational dashboards to produce weekly and monthly reports covering warehouse, transport, inventory, and supplier performance. Monitor warehouse productivity, transport metrics, and inventory health across Melbourne Parts Distribution Centre and 3PL warehouses to identify stock imbalances and optimise capacity utilisation. Maintain the national VOR register, review open orders daily, and prepare reporting for management meetings. Develop automation tools and reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transport and inventory management
- Experience with KPI reporting and operational performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, formulas)
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within automotive aftersales or OEM supply chain
- Experience with Pentana IDS/MDS, WMS, Power BI, and SQL
