Aftersales Service Supervisor

Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines while implementing safety protocols. Build relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance to achieve cost savings. Generate performance reports, maintain accurate records, and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
