Job Summary
Aftersales Service Executive responsible for coordinating repair center operations for leather goods, collaborating with store teams on customer service and after-sales matters, managing spare parts inventory, ensuring repair workflows, monitoring KPIs and reporting, and providing on-site support across locations including office, warehouse, and retail stores. Requires 2+ years of experience, strong customer service skills, Hermes product knowledge, bilingual English/Chinese (Cantonese/M Mandarin), ability to work across multiple locations, proficiency in MS Office with a preference for Power BI, and French language skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle enquiries effectively and professionally
- Independent, detail-minded, and highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Willingness to work across multiple locations (office, warehouse, stores)
- Knowledge of Power BI and proficiency in French would be an advantage
- Passion for the Hermes brand with sound knowledge of Hermès products
