Job Summary
Develop and implement global aftersales policies and standards across the network, evaluating their effectiveness to align with operational strategies. Define service operational KPIs for each market, allocate them to stakeholders, and monitor performance on a periodic basis. Manage global pricing policies for spare parts and accessories, including calculating wholesale and retail pricing for distributors and end customers. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and driving aftersales business growth across the VinFast network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Automotive, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aftersales/service operations in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of service operations, KPI management, and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
