Job Summary
Quote and fill product and parts orders using catalogs and systems to meet customer needs. Supply service technicians with required parts, coordinate shipment receipts, and verify deliveries while processing payments. Assist with inventory stocking, manage stock shortages, and expedite issues by reporting to the manager. Maintain departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order. Operate material handling equipment as needed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment
- Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business
- Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system
- May be required to operate material handling equipment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace and pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
