Afternoon Teaching Assistant, Child Development Center

Part-Time Teaching Assistant position at the Child Development Center. Responsibilities include engaging with children through play, reading, and activities; classroom management and guiding transitions; safety and supervision of children; daily care tasks such as lunchtime and hygiene; keeping the classroom organized; supporting co-teachers with lesson plans; and complying with KDHE regulations. Strong preference for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:30pm–6:00pm with a location in Overland Park, KS.
