Afternoon Teacher - Academy of Early Education

Lead the daily operations of a fun, structured, and developmentally appropriate classroom, delivering age-appropriate lessons using the L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to support early independence and language growth. Create a warm, safe environment where children explore and build confidence while observing developmental milestones to adjust activities. Communicate consistently with families to share progress and maintain a strong home-school partnership, collaborating with assistant teachers and leadership to uphold high standards. Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and aligned with licensing and safety requirements. This role supports toddlers in an early learning environment focused on inspiring young minds.
