Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor work activities within the assigned program, inspecting areas, equipment, and conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures while correcting at-risk behavior immediately. Perform quality, service, and safety inspections, track equipment inventory and maintenance, and monitor supplies. Maintain records for training, inspections, attendance, and metric data, and submit written reports including pass-downs, weekly, and monthly updates. Report employee personnel and customer issues to the manager and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift Certified
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of Database software
- Knowledge of Internet software
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of Word Processing software
- Good written and verbal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
