Job Summary
Oversee the 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM production team by monitoring workflow via TV systems to ensure correct job sequencing and due date adherence. Regularly assess worker output against standards, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with Day Team Lead or Management to resolve them quickly. Ensure completed orders are packed and shipped correctly with 100% quality checks against signed art proofs. Reallocate team members to cover absences and complete detailed handoff notes for the Morning Team Lead. Act as a hands-on player-coach who understands critical production needs and holds the team accountable for performance issues impacting quantity and quality. Requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in fast-paced environments.
