Job Summary
Afternoon Housekeeping Houseperson responsible for stocking floors, delivering items to guestrooms, cleaning public areas, and supporting other housekeeping duties on the overnight shift. Must have some knowledge of cleaning machinery (buffers/extractors) and be able to lift/push 50+ pounds. Flexible with shift hours and duties; no cleaning experience required but preferred. Must be personable, friendly, and outgoing with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must have some knowledge of cleaning machinery (buffers/extractors)
- Must be able to lift and push properly – 50 plus pounds
- No cleaning experience necessary but preferable
- Must be flexible with availability to work different shift hours and varying job duties
- Must be personable, friendly and outgoing
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- An ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- A desire to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
