Afternoon/Evening Safety & Security Supervisor

Patrol all property areas, secure rooms, and conduct daily physical hazard/safety inspections while monitoring closed-circuit televisions and alarm systems. Perform emergency response drills, investigate incidents, and administer first aid or CPR as required. Authorize access to secured areas, defuse disturbances, and escort unwelcome persons off the property. Assist management in training and coaching employees, serving as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and company policies.
