Job Summary
Front of House Team Member responsibilities include interacting with guests in the restaurant or drive-thru, preparing and packaging food safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized work areas, following safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and accuracy in catering and in-store orders, supporting clear communication between front of house and kitchen staff, and upholding Chick-fil-A core values under leadership directions. Requires availability of at least 3 days per week (including Friday and Saturday) and a minimum of 15 hours, with options for full-time or part-time work; no prior experience necessary and transportation is required. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, adaptability, reliability, physical stamina, and a positive attitude to contribute to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old or older to apply
- Full time or part time position available
- Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, with two of those days including Friday & Saturday
- Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week

- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to meet physical demands (standing/walking up to ten hours, lifting up to 50lbs)
- Able to work outdoors in hot/cold weather
