Job Summary
Afternoon/Evening Caregiver needed to support elderly home-care clients in the Quad Cities area (Dewitt, Bettendorf, Davenport, Muscatine and surrounding areas). Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, helping clients meet exercise goals, managing medication reminders, grocery shopping or arranging shopping, meal planning and preparation with client input, assisting with mobility/ambulation, and promptly reporting health changes or emergencies. Must have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and be comfortable with state and office health/safety standards. Shift options include full-time, part-time, 8- or 12-hour shifts, PRN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Background check
- Drug screen
- First Aid training preferred
