Job Summary
Lead after-school enrichment activities for elementary students in a Christian ministry context; promote youth development and serve as a role model. Part-time, non-exempt role averaging 17-20 hours per week (Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. during the school year). Requires adherence to faith-based statements of belief, CPR/First Aid certification, background check, and valid ID/driver’s license. Spanish-speaking ability valued; role emphasizes ministry and Gospel-centered service to kids and families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Some post-secondary training highly preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
- Background/Sex offender check
- Valid driver’s license or valid ID
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- Spanish-speaking ability valued
