Job Summary
Caregiver position at Our Community in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility; encouraging engagement in community activities; meal preparation and light housekeeping; medication reminders and assistance as needed. Welcoming compassionate care with emphasis on empathy, patience, and excellent customer service. Training is on-the-job with no prior experience required; 4 days on/2 days off full-time rotation with PRN options. Must reside in Texas and comply with state screening requirements. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, Next Day Pay, referral bonuses, and education reimbursement. Shifts available 2 p.m.–10 p.m. and 10 p.m.–6 a.m.; location 400 E Yager Lane, Austin, TX 78753.
Required Qualifications
- Experience beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience necessary
