Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect data and submit session notes while collaborating with peers and supervisors through regular staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location, adhering to Monday through Friday schedules with weekend availability as needed. Up to 25% travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
