Aftermarket Territory Manager - Canada

Job Summary
Remote position overseeing Canada territory as an Aftermarket Territory Manager. Responsibilities include leading RFQ processes, executing sales growth strategies, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs, strengthening the account team, aligning product development with market needs, initiating campaigns and events, supporting negotiations and contracts, and delivering premium service across the value chain. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, 6+ years of technical/sales experience (preferably in heavy truck/aftermarket), strong Excel and relationship-management skills, and the ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical/sales background, preferably in the heavy truck industry, automotive market, or aftermarket sales
- Commercial vehicle experience is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Teams; Strong Excel skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% - 75% of the time
