Job Summary
Aftermarket Specialist responsible for securing preventative maintenance contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Drive new preventive maintenance contract sales and identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and other service offerings. Prepare and process quotations, proactively contact customers to sell/extend service agreements, and generate/new client leads to grow service revenue. Use CRM tools to track KPIs, manage the pipeline, and provide monthly activity reports and sales forecasts. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns, maintain high-level customer support, and demonstrate product/technical knowledge to meet customer needs for after-market products. Contribute to department-wide projects to improve efficiency and develop the service sales strategy.
