Job Summary
Drive aftermarket sales and service for thermal energy solutions by visiting customers 3-5 times daily to locate, develop, and close opportunities for MRO parts, equipment replacement, and maintenance. Apply strategic expertise to deliver consultative solutions to large end users in industrial, institutional, and municipal markets, including universities, hospitals, and food processing facilities. Manage key account relationships, develop business strategies, and maintain CRM tools while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Organize your own route as a self-starter, utilizing manufacturer training resources to resolve complex thermal situations.
