Job Summary
Support commercial boilers, VFDs, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems with one service call per day across Oklahoma and Arkansas. Perform packaged system start-ups and hands-on troubleshooting while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Work a standard schedule with no on-call hours, including five hours of weekly overtime and one overnight trip per week. Earn $30–$35 per hour plus a guaranteed 40-hour week, annual performance bonus, and company shares. Utilize provided company truck and credit card for authorized expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with commercial boilers, refrigeration, VFDs, and cooling towers
- Proven technical + troubleshooting expertise
- Strong customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass toxicology screening
- Flexibility for 1 overnight trip per week
