Job Summary
Aftermarket Sales & Business Development Lead responsible for driving aftermarket sales growth and developing new aftermarket opportunities in Greater China. Lead sales analysis, formulate and execute sales strategies, manage pricing, and oversee localization, Parts Multiplier Program, and All-Fleet initiatives. Own KA & core customer relationships, develop personalized account plans, and drive achievement of sales targets while expanding market share and customer loyalty through comprehensive aftermarket solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, sales planning, and financial understanding related to pricing and cost
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
